In the historic town of Reszel, there are several historical monuments you can visit.
Stroll through the narrow streets lined with mansions to the market, where the 19th-century town hall stands. Cross the river over the Gothic bridges.
In Reszel there also is a Gothic castle. The massive stone building was built between 1350 1401 on a steep hill. It has a slim neo-Gothic tower and a solid four-sided gate that leads to the paved courtyard.
In the newly restored castle there is a gallery of modern art.
The distance to Plozy is about 70 kilometers. A visit can be combined with a visit to Wolf's Lair or Święta Lipka.
